This website and the 2026 Field Handbook exist to teach, nothing else. Nothing published by Megawatt Ledger Research, on these pages, in the handbook, or in any message that travels through WhatsApp, is investment advice, a personal recommendation, an offer, or a request that anyone buy or sell a security, fund or other financial instrument.

No securities named

The industries we discuss, meaning power grids, cooling and thermal systems, and semiconductor equipment, are background for learning. We print no tickers and no issuer names, and no sentence we write should be read as pointing at any. Nothing here expresses an expectation about how any company, industry or asset class will perform.

Losses are real

Every investment carries the risk of loss, and in a bad scenario that loss can be total. Markets fall hard and sometimes stay down for years, and suppliers to technology build-outs are not immune: order cycles, interest rates, regulation and construction delays all land on them. Any historical episode we reference is an illustration of business-model mechanics, never a promise of returns.

Figures are directional

The numbers we quote are rounded, simplified and dated. Industry statistics age quickly, and we present them as orientation, not as forecasts. Inside the handbook, each figure carries its source and its date so you can judge for yourself.

No advisory relationship

Reading this site or receiving the handbook creates no adviser-client relationship of any kind. Megawatt Ledger Research is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any state regulator, as an investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, and does not present itself as any of the three.

Your money, your call

Decisions belong to you alone, made against your own situation and tolerance for risk. If you are unsure about a course of action, a licensed financial adviser is the right stop before you act, and nothing we publish substitutes for that conversation.
